DELIVERY & RETURNS

How the delivery process works

Once we receive your order, it will be processed and placed in a queue to be handcrafted as soon as possible. This can take anywhere up to 3 days maximum, depending if you order during peak times. Once we start production of your item it will be handmade with great attention to detail and take approximately 5 – 7 days to create. After that your items will be carefully inspected and quality checked before they are then packed and ready for dispatch.

Delivery usually takes up to 3 days to UK addresses and up to 9 days internationally, so please allow 15 – 20 days for it to arrive to your door after you’ve placed your order. Slight delays might occur from time to time, so if you haven’t received your order within 20 days, don’t worry! Contact Us and we will find out where it is and why it has not arrived to you. If you would like to return an item

Here at Woodtree Watches we strongly believe that you should be happy with your purchase and, if not, have a reasonable way to return the item. If you received the item and simply, either change your mind or it’s not quite what you expected, then just Contact Us within 7 days of receiving it.

IMPORTANT: We do not accept returns of any personalised or sale items unless the goods arrive damaged or faulty.

We must be notified before you returning any items. Please contact us with your full name, order number and the item(s) you would like to return. Do not ship a product back unless it has been approved. Returned items must be in brand new condition and in the original packaging as you received it and returned to us within 7 days of the return being approved.

In the rare event, that an order is shipped with a defect or damaged in transit, we will offer a replacement, if the defect is reported within 7 days after receiving the item along with a photo proof of the defect. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or replacements in the case, where the reason is due to the item being too small or too large. We provide complete information about our sizes and it is our customer’s duty to measure on their end before purchasing.

Customers are responsible for ALL shipping costs when returning an item. The item total will be refunded once the return is completed usually within 7 days of receiving the item back to us. In a case, where the item is not returned in brand new condition, a loss of value fee will be deducted. If you have any questions or concerns, our customer service team is always here to help you.

Refunds Exceptions

Woodtree Watches will not refund any customer, whose order is not received because the shipping address provided during the checkout procedure was inaccurate or incomplete, unless that order is classified as undeliverable and returned to us. In a case of a missing package on orders placed in UK we will offer a refund or send out a replacement, however this only applies to packages that were never delivered to you.

If the tracking details show the package as delivered, but you did not receive it, please contact your local post office first before contacting us. In a case, where post office cannot locate your parcel, please let us know immediately and we will try to the best of our ability to resolve the issue.

Exchanges

Exchanges may be provided, if an item purchased is faulty or package is deemed missing by the local post office.

We do not offer exchanges for other designs or sizes. If you would like to change any of items purchased, you will be issued a refund upon returning any unwanted items to us and then you will be required to place another order.
